DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer free shipping of purchases in the Bardiel online store.

Your order should arrive within 7-14 working days after purchase, from Monday to Friday.

 

Make sure that the shipping address is correct. We do not process an order where a post office box, APO/FPO address is provided as the delivery address.

TAXES AND DUTY

For orders to countries where customs duties apply, we recommend that you ask for local taxes and duties before placing an order at the Bardiel store. Please note that any local sales taxes and/or duties are excluded and will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order on delivery and will not be refunded if you return the product.

RETURNS

The cost of Bardiel returns is borne by the buyer. Only in the case of the bag with the defect, the cost of return is transferred to Bardiel.

CHANGES

It is not possible to exchange the goods, because each bag is made by hand on individual customer order.

Bardiel must be returned within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return it. Intact, in the original packaging (tube) and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The Bardiel cannot bear traces of use. Incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty or altered Bardiel items will not be accepted and then returned to the Bardiel, the customer will be charged.

HOW TO RETURN THE BARDIEL

1. In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase contract you must send us such information in the form below.

If you wish to return the goods of full value, you bear the costs yourself.

2. If the return is due to Bardiel's defect you must fill in the form with a description of defects and within two working days we will contact you after receiving the product and considering the complaint, in which case we will bear the cost of the return and we will set the courier and the date on which he will collect your parcel.

3. In the form, please specify whether you want receive a new bag or a full refund (only  in the case of a defective product you have a choice ).

4. Make sure that your bag is safely packed in the parcel.

REFUND

We will return the money to you up to 14 calendar days after we receive the bag to the address provided. All refunds will be made using the payment used at the time of order.
